🔁 Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned within 7 working days of return approval

  • Items must be in original, resellable condition

Items must be:

  • Tried on with underwear

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks, or damage

  • Returned with all original packaging (including boxes, tags, and accessories)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Items not eligible for return:

  • Grip aids

  • Socks

  • Books

  • Body stockings

  • Tights

  • Pasties

  • Bottles

  • Gift Sets

  • Games

  • Items marked ‘Final Sale’


2. Packaging Requirements

Original packaging is considered part of the product and must be returned in a resellable condition.

For items such as footwear:

  • Shoe boxes must be placed inside outer packaging

  • Items returned with damaged packaging may be subject to a deduction or refusal


3. Return Process

To start a return, please submit your request via our Returns Portal.

Once your return is approved:

  • Items must be posted within 7 working days

  • Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address

We do not accept returns sent via parcel locker services (e.g. InPost or similar services).

During the return process, you will be able to choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit (with bonus value, where applicable).


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping labels are available to purchase through our Returns Portal. If you arrange your own return, we recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the item until it is received by our warehouse.

We are not liable for items lost or delayed during return transit.


5. Inspection & Refund Adjustments

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds will only be issued if items meet our return conditions. Where items do not meet these conditions, we may:

  • Refuse the return

  • Apply a deduction to the refund (e.g. cleaning or handling fee)

  • Issue a partial refund to reflect reduced resale value

  • Return the item to you (additional shipping charges may apply)

Items returned with marks or dirt that require additional handling before resale may be subject to a €3 cleaning/handling deduction.

If we contact you regarding a rejected return and do not receive a reply within 14 days, we will dispose of the item on your behalf. Please note that if you contact us after this period, we will no longer be able to return the item to you.


6. Refund & Store Credit Options

Once your return has been inspected and approved, you may receive:

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Refunded to your original payment method

  • Processed within 7 working days after inspection (this  may take up to 14 working days during peak or busy periods)

  • No additional bonus applied

Store Credit (Optional – with Bonus)

  • Receive your refund as store credit

  • Includes an additional 5–10% bonus value

  • Issued once your return is approved

Store credit consists of:

  • Original refund value

  • Promotional bonus amount 

Store credit:

  • Does not expire

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Is non-transferable

  • Is final. Cannot be exchanged for cash

Store credit is entirely optional. You may choose a refund to your original payment method instead.


7. Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 working days for inspection and processing. This  may take up to 14 working days during peak or holiday periods. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been completed.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or item:

  • Return your item for a refund or store credit (if eligible)

  • Place a new order separately


9. Risk of Return Shipping

Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received and confirmed by our warehouse.


10. Agreement to Policy

By placing an order, you agree to this Returns Policy.
