You're eligible to return items if:

• The product was purchased either through eu.polejunkie.com or our Pole Junkie App.
• The item is in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Exceptions to this policy include:

• Socks and tights, for hygiene reasons.
• Bottles, due to hygiene concerns.
• Pole grip aids.
• Books and notepads.
• Items marked as 'Final Sale', which include products discounted at 60% off or more. Final sale labels will appear on the product page and collection pages.

Please note, these exceptions do not affect your statutory rights.

Condition of Returned Items

For a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In the original condition, you received them

Items that are returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition won’t qualify for a refund. We thoroughly inspect all items upon return.
