Can I exchange my item?Updated 17 days ago

If your recent PoleJunkie purchase isn't hitting the mark, we've got you covered! Whether it's a matter of size or you've simply changed your mind, our hassle-free exchange process ensures you get the perfect fit or style. With the option to swap for a different size or choose a new item altogether, we make it simple to swap out any pieces that don’t meet your expectations.

Please note that exchange items must be of equal or less value than the original item on your order. If the value is less, we will issue the price difference to store credit.

You can only exchange an item once. After that you can still return your item, but you will need to send it back for a refund to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Simply start the process by opting for a return or exchange in our returns portal, and remember we'll cover the shipment costs to send your new exchange item(s) out to you. You just need to cover the cost of your return.

Exchange Policy Eligibility:

  • Please note, this offer currently only extends to customers residing in the EU.

Exchange Process and Availability:

  • When you choose to exchange an item, it's temporarily held for you for one month via our returns portal. On the rare occasion that your selected item becomes unavailable, rest assured you'll receive a refund back to your original payment method. We'll also inform you via email about the refund status.
  • Eager for an item that's currently sold out? Keep an eye out for restocks by checking our Restocks article for notifications on your must-have items making a comeback!

Timeline for Receiving Exchanges:

  • Once we've received your parcel at our warehouse, we aim to process returns within 7 days. Following approval, your exchange will typically be on its way to you within 1-2 days, with an email following shortly after, including a new tracking link for your exchanged item.
  • Haven't heard from us within 7 days? Please reach out – and don't forget to check your spam folder, just in case.
