Received an Item You Didn't Order? Here's What to Do.
Apologies for any mix-up with receiving an item you didn't order. At Pole Junkie, we go to great lengths to ensure each item is checked before dispatch to keep our delivery records straight. These mix-ups are rare, but we're committed to sorting it out quickly.
To start a return, just use our online return portal. There, let us know you got the wrong item. You'll need to upload 2 photos of the item and give us a quick explanation of the mix-up. This helps us figure out where things went wrong and move towards a quick solution. We'll check your submission against your order details and send you a prepaid return label.
