Easy Steps to Return a Faulty Item:
- Head over to our online return portal to kick off your return: Return My Order.
- When you submit your return, choose 'My item is faulty' as your return reason, include at least two photos to show what's wrong, and add a detailed description of the issue in the comments. This info helps us to understand the problem.
- After we check out your return request, we'll send a prepaid postage label to ship it back to us.
